Consult
Our architectural design consults are intended to answer as many questions to help figure out what your next steps are.
We will review your current situation, desired goals, problems we can solve, what success would look like, budgets and timing.

At the end of our consult we will know your next steps, and if you are ready to start a project, whether we are a good fit. You will also have a completed copy of our Project Planning Pack which contains all necessary info to get started.

Feasibility Analysis
Whats even possible - research (we’re good at it)
The feasibility analysis is possibly the most crucial step in the process. This takes the information from the consult and identifies whats possible on your property/building.

At the end of our research we will know what your needs are, whats possible in regards to size, height, shape, zoning, etc. This report will allow the design process to begin.

Architectural Design
This is our full design service. We include both architectural and interior design on all our projects. We believe both interior and exterior are cohesive and are crucial to achieve a great result.

Principal Designer
Brian has been in architecture for over 20 years designing and detailing many different types of buildings from residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. He has worked under 2 local architectural firms developing his knowledge of buildings and processes. Brian has been developing his residential firm since 2012.
Brian found a passion in residential design focusing mainly on urban home renovations and new sustainable custom homes. Building science, sustainable, efficiency can been seen in all of his designs.
Brian has a passion for working with his clients through the entire project, not just the design. He wants to guide his clients with great advice to help them feel like they’ve built their dream home.
