Project examples
Byrd Renovation
The existing kitchen and dining rooms were small, dark and separated from the otherwise large split level large urban home.
Our clients wanted the kitchen and dining connected to the living spaces to match their growing families needs and a more open to the rest of the house.
The project involved and addition at the rear of the house where the existing kitchen was located. We swapped the kitchen and dining locations and opened up the spaces to make one large open space. We then added large windows down the the floor give the impression of never ending space looking out into the rear yard.
