Hi, I’m Brian.

I’ve been working in architecture for over 20 years. I’ve worked for 2 architectural firms as well as now owning my own studio for the past 10 years, designing, detailing and managing projects of all kinds, sizes and shapes. Some of those include a straw bale home, A CLT custom home, apartment buildings, Churches, labs, and part of the parliamentary precinct.

Through my career, I fell in love with residential design as I found the impact of ones home to be very authentic.

I believe everyone deserves a home. A home can be a shed, or a mansion which makes residential design so meaningful and unique to each one of us.

I believe in working with our clients to find the best solution for their home and guiding them through the whole process from design through construction.

Project examples

Byrd Renovation

The existing kitchen and dining rooms were small, dark and separated from the otherwise large split level large urban home.

Our clients wanted the kitchen and dining connected to the living spaces to match their growing families needs and a more open to the rest of the house.

The project involved and addition at the rear of the house where the existing kitchen was located. We swapped the kitchen and dining locations and opened up the spaces to make one large open space. We then added large windows down the the floor give the impression of never ending space looking out into the rear yard.
